Glittertind’s lawyers assist in cases concerning real estate, including in conflicts of rights, and cases concerning house building, purchase, sale and rental, planning and building law, discretionary cases, expropriation, ground lease, transactions and development.

Anders Ryssdal has litigated several of the major ground lease cases before the Supreme Court, such as Rt. 2007 p. 1281 and HR-2019-1206-A, and continuously handles expropriation cases for all instances together with, among others, Ingjerd Meling, who also has experience in the field of real estate, both as an attorney and a deputy judge.

Geir-Arne Borgestrand has a background in real estate transactions and assists in disputes within this field. He recently handled a major dispute over the determination of the property value of a large shipyard. Nils-Henrik Pettersson assists, among other things, a mining company in a major conflict of rights to mineral resources, which highlights private ownership pursuant to the provisions of Article 105 of the Constitution and ECHR AP1-1.
