Emanuel has extensive experience within the full range of civil litigation, including disputes over commercial contracts, board and underwriter liability, M&A transactions, climate and ESG issues as well as general company law.
He has litigated a high number of disputes before national courts and arbitral tribunals. He has also appeared before the Norwegian Supreme Court (Plenary session) in the first climate lawsuit in Norway.
Emanuel was top-ranked as Up & Coming within litigation in Finansavisen‘s lawyer survey for 2022. He is also ranked in Legal 500 in 2021 as a Next Generation Partner.
