Associate
Mats Løvberg, an accomplished legal scholar, holds a master’s degree in jurisprudence from the University of Oslo. As part of his master’s program, he embarked on an exchange program at the University of Zurich in Switzerland, where he delved into topics related to banking and finance, corporate law, and European insurance law. Mats has also gained practical experience as a legal assistant and participated in a trainee program with organizations such as OBOS, a housing cooperative, and other business law firms.
In spring 2023, Mats submitted his master’s thesis at UiO, focusing on competing delay causes in construction contracts according to the NS 8405 and NS 8407 standards. His research contributes valuable insights to the field of construction law.
