Sofie Foshaug

Sofie Foshaug specialises in litigation, dispute resolution and contract law, and has special experience in construction law and manufacturing contracts. She regularly litigates cases before the courts and has assisted national and international clients with several complex cases before Norwegian courts. Sofie also provides advice to Norwegian and international clients, including in relation to the drafting of contracts, ongoing advice during project implementation, and dispute resolution during and after project completion.

Sofie completed her master’s degree at the University of Tromsø in 2021, where she wrote her master’s thesis on the topic ‘Klage- og motklagekravet i lys av HR-2020-2254-A’. During her studies, she was an exchange student at the University of Copenhagen, where she specialised in construction law and international commercial contract law.
